Der Grundkurs bietet einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Werkzeuge und Techniken des Web 2.0. Im Vordergrund steht dabei der realistische Einsatz für die Kommunikation der TeilnehmerInnen mit ihren Zielgruppen.
Die Kursplattform des Kurses basiert aus dem Open Source Content Management System DRUPAL (drupal.org) durchgeführt und bietet damit auch eine Übungs- bzw. Testerfahrung mit der "community-plumbing-software (Software, die Communities schmiedet)".
Unser Kursangebot richtet sich an alle, die sich öffentlich engagieren, insbesondere
- BürgerInnen, MitarbeiterInnen von NGO´s und Vereinen,
- BürgermeisterInnen, Mitglieder von Gemeindevertretungen, ErwachsenenbildnerInnen und MitarbeiterInnen von EB-Einrichtungen, InteressensvertreterInnen und MitarbeiterInnen von Kammern,
- ParlamentarierInnen, MitarbeiterInnen politischer Parteien sowie Webverantwortliche öffentlicher und privater Einrichtungen.
Der Grundkurs dauert 9 Wochen und wird in 3 Präsenzterminen (Ort: Bifeb Strobl) und 7 Online Modulen durchgeführt. Die Online Module werden teils asynchron (Kursarbeit auf der Drupal-Plattform), teils in synchronen Treffen (Adobe Connect) durchgeführt.
